Wizz Clothing offers free shipping within India on all prepaid orders.
We charge:
- An additional Rs 99 for all COD orders.
We attempt to process and ship every order within 48 working hours. Your order will get delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location in India.
In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.
Absolutely. Wizz ships internationally! Be it the Indonesian archipelago or New York City, we're here to deliver.

We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Delivery, Xpressbees, Ekart and many others for shipment in India.
We love our products and are sure that you will love them too. However, if you are unhappy with any product and wish to return it, we'll be happy to take it back. All products
bought can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. This means that you can buy products from us for the amount that is to be returned to you, but you will not receive cash back.
In order for products to be returned, they should be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging with all tags. Returns will be accepted only
within 15 days of delivery of the product. All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges. Shipping
charges cannot be refunded
To initiate return, just follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the 'My Returns' at the bottom of the webpage (www.wizzclothing.com) and initiate a return request. If you are on a mobile device, please click on 'My Account' ->
'My Returns'.
2. We will send our executive for the pickup in the next 2-3 business days. Please pack the merchandise in the same box as you received it in, with all tags, stickers and original
invoice. If you have lost your invoice, you can print another copy by logging into your account, and going to Order History. PLEASE WRITE THE ORDER NUMBER ON THE
BOX WITH A MARKER BEFORE HANDING IT OVER TO THE COURIER PARTNER.
3. Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked at our warehouse and credit refund will be initiated if the products are in the original condition.
4. Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the amount in your Uptownie wallet in the form of store credit which you can use to make your next purchase. Store credit
will be valid for two years.
5. In some rare cases, reverse pick up might not be available for your pincode. In that case you will have to self-ship the products back to us at your own expense. Please pack
the product with all the tags, stickers and the original invoice. We will then reimburse you the standard shipping cost.
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem, we will do an exchange for you. Please follow the process outlined in the return policy and place a new order on wizzclothing.com
After placing an order on Wizz Clothing, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at customerservice@wizzclothing.com or call us at +91 77478 63422 with the order details.
As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
